Ruby’s Mom and the only grandparent her boys ever knew, Grandma Dee Dee was a character and three quarters.
It’s no wonder Ruby was such a bundle of fun, knowing Grandma. Ruby’s art instinct must have come from another
side of the family because her Mom enjoyed the craft shop but couldn’t paint anything except walls. Her infamous
humor caused her to sew a miniature set of underthings for one of the nude figurines in the shop window which
were removed the very next day because they really caused a stir in those days.
Needless to say she could sew and knit but her best quality was making people laugh.
Her star is the central belt star in Orion.
